Chubo Chahan no moto1L
This fried rice sauce mix is made from pork stock blended with oyster sauce and Chinese rice wine, with additional stir fried flavor of seasoning oil and sesame oil. This sauce mix will make the rice light and fluffy whether stir fried or cooked with rice.
How to use
For stir-fry (1 serving): 1 tablespoon (15ml) of sauce mix, 220g of rice, 1 egg, any other ingredients of your choice. 1. Add cooking oil to the frying pan, and stir fry the beaten egg and rice together. 2. Add all other ingredients, then add the sauce mix at the end to finish off. For cooking with rice (30 servings): 500ml of sauce mix, 3kg of rice, any other ingredients of your choice. 1. Rinse the rice and put the rice into the ricecooker (or saucepan). Add the sauce mix with the recommended amount of water, stir well before cooking the rice.2. Once the rice is cooked, add the stir fried ingredients and mix well. *You can add the ingredients of your choice directly into the rice cooker (or saucepan) together with the rice. Please read the instruction manual of the rice cooker as cooking rice methods may vary depending on the rice cooker.・For musenmai (no-wash rice), make sure to adjust the water level to the appropriate indication line on the rice cooker.・Soak the rice in water before cooking to prevent the rice being undercooked.・1 bottle (1L, approx 1,100g) of this product can make approx. 60 servings of fried rice.
