Chubo Yakitori no tare1L
A sweet and spicy yakitori sauce made from a combination of Honjozo (authentically brewed) soy sauce, sugar, and fermented seasonings, finished with lemon juice. This sauce gives out a charcoal grill aroma and flavor with a nice shiny finish.
How to use
This is a dipping sauce for grilled chicken and skewers. For marinating grill, first marinate the raw chicken skewers with sauce before grilling them. Repeat the dipping process several times according to your preference. For glazing grill, pan fry bite-size pieces of chicken first then glaze the yakitori sauce to finish off. We recommend using 20-25% of this sauce according to the amount of raw chicken being cooked. 1 bottle (1L, 1,210g) of this product can be used for approx. 4.8-6 kg of meat
