This is a Chicken Nanban sauce made from Honjozo (authentically brewed) soy sauce and sugar with 5 types of citrus juice (lemon, summer tangerine, yuzu, sour orange, satsuma mandarin) added.
How to use
Pour the sauce over fried chicken. We recommend using 15-25% of this sauce according to the amount of fried chicken. 1 bottle (1L, approx. 1,183g) of this product can be used for approx. 5 kg of ingredients.
