A sauce for rice bowl dishes, made from Honjozo (authentically brewed) soy sauce and fermented seasoning with an additional flavor of bonito.

How to use

・Dilute our product with water or dashi broth. For Tendon (Tempura on rice) or Unadon (eel on rice): dilute 2 units of Donburi sauce to 1 unit of water. For Katsudon (pork cutlet on rice), Oyakodon (chicken and egg on rice), Tamagodon (egg on rice): dilute 1 unit of Donburi sauce to 2-3 units of water. ・Recommended portion of diluted sauce is 60ml per serving (adjust according to your preference). ・The product can be used for other dishes such as Sukiyaki, Teriyaki and simmered dishes.
