e-Basic Donburi no tare2180g
This is a basic Donburi sauce made from Honjozo (authentically brewed) soy sauce with Japanese dashi (bonito, mackerel, dried anchovies).
How to use
For Katsudon (pork cutlet on rice) and Oyakodon (chicken and egg on rice), dilute 1 unit of Donburi sauce to 2-3 units of water. For Tendon (Tempura on rice), dilute 2 units of Donburi sauce to 1 unit of water. This sauce can also be used for other Donburi dishes such as Gyudon (beef on rice), Tamagodon (egg on rice) and Tanindon (beef or pork with egg on rice).
