This rich aromatic ramen soup is made from two types of soy sauce (dark and re-brewed). It has a rich flavor of dried bonito flakes and kelp, and the umami of chicken and pork to enrich the ramen soup.
How to use
Dilute this soup by 10x. Dilute 40ml (approx. 45g) of the ramen soup with 360ml of hot water or bone stock soup (adjust according to your preference). 1 bag (1kg) of this product can make approx. 22 servings of ramen soup.
