This easy-to-use flake type Madras Curry roux is made by carefully cooking flour and beef fat on the stove top until brown, and blending vegetables, fruits and black peppers with over 20 herbs and spices. The richness of the flavor, spiciness of the black pepper and the variety of herbs and spices make the product perfect for adults.
How to use
Firstly, thoroughly stir-fry the meat and then add the onions. Add water or soup stock and simmer untill all ingredients are tender. Mix a bag (1 kg) of this product and allow to stew further until the curry flakes are dissolved.
