Sukiyaki no tare Mild1670g
This is a mildly sweet Sukiyaki sauce using Honjozo (authentically brewed) soy sauce as the base, and blending sugar and the umami of bonito.
How to use
No need to dilute this product, just use it as it is. Melt the beef fat on a heated pan and lightly grill the meat. Add the sukiyaki sauce and other ingredients and let them simmer. Adjust the flavor with hot water or dashi broth according to your preference.
