This is a rich, flavorful paitan yosenabe (hot pot) sauce based on the combination of chicken and kelp umami flavor.
How to use
Example of ingredients: Chicken thighs, kudzu starch noodles, tofu, Chinese cabbage, enoki mushrooms, spring onions, carrots, Japanese parsley, etc. Dilute the Yosenabe soup by 11-13x. Cooking method: 1. Put the Yosenabe soup in a pot, add 10-12x of hot water or bone stock soup (adjust according to your preference). 2. Put all of the ingredients into the pot and simmer until they are all cooked. *You can also add rice or noodles according to your preference. 1 bottle (1L, approx. 1,150g) of this product can make approx. 13 hotpots (52 servings) of Yosenabe.
